Patrick Industries is seeking Operators to work in Production at a facility in the Greater Elkhart Area.

Patrick Industries manufactures and distributes components for different industries throughout the United States, including RV, Manufactured Housing, Industrial and others. We are looking for self-motivated candidates to add to their growing Team!

In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, those who work in production may be responsible for different positions, including machine operation, assembly, warehouse, and/or general labor. Those who work in these positions work in a production environment to produce quality parts for the Customers we serve.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a good work history
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout their shift
• Must be able to work efficiently and safely while meeting quality standards
• Candidates must have good communication skills
• Must be able to use hand tools
• Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi-task, set prioritize and stay focused
• Able to stand on your feet throughout the shift
• Computer literate
• Having the ability to read a tape measure is desired

Experience:

• Machine Operators: 1 year (Required)
• Oven Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• CNC Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Saw Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
